Whether you are halfway through a complex heirloom masterpiece or you’ve just bought your very first rotary cutter and feel entirely overwhelmed, you have a place at The Quilt Club.
We have opened up our bright, inspiring workrooms to create a dedicated, weekly sanctuary for local quilters to gather, create, and connect. This isn't a rigid, formal class—it is a space for uninterrupted making, intentional knowledge sharing, and building a genuine community of crafters who quickly become friends.
What We Provide:
Your Dedicated Workspace: Generous supply tables with plenty of room to lay out your pieces.
Power & Comfort: Reliable electrical sockets for your machines and comfortable seating.
Warm Hospitality: Unlimited fresh tea, coffee, and biscuits to keep your creative energy flowing all afternoon.
Expert Guidance: Our resident expert, Umi, will be in the room throughout the session, ready to offer a friendly eye, troubleshoot an awkward seam, or provide gentle guidance whenever you need it.
What to Bring:
Think of this as packing your ultimate mobile sewing studio. You bring the raw materials; we provide the space. Please remember to pack:
Your sewing machine (and power cables/foot pedal!)
Your current patterns and templates
Your fabrics, batting, and threads
Your favorite cutting tools, pins, and notions
A Little Extra Luxury: Our Longarm Service
Want to take the strain out of finishing your quilt sandwiches? Our professional, industrial longarm quilting service is located right inside the workroom. While it isn’t included in the £10 club fee, you can chat directly with us during the session to book your quilt in for a beautiful, precise finish at an additional cost.

We passionately believe that the best sewing rooms are the ones where a master quilter sits right next to someone threading a machine for the first time. There is so much joy in swapping stories, comparing fabric stashes, and learning from each other.
To keep the room feeling spacious, cozy, and relaxed, we limit each afternoon to just 12 spots. Pre-booking online is highly recommended to secure your chair.
