We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority and we're happy to assist with any concerns.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to make a return. To be eligible, the product must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. If the product is not returned in a saleable condition or is damaged, we reserve the right to deny a refund. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to place a new order on our website.

Workshops: Workshop bookings are non-refundable. We require a minimum of 10 days notice to reschedule. Cancellations made within 10 days of the workshop date or failure to attend will be charged in full.

Faulty Items: If the item you have received is faulty due to a manufacturing error, you may be eligible for a refund if you contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Personalised or Bespoke Items: Personalised and bespoke items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Order Cancellations: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@craft-create.co.uk. Once your order has been shipped we are unable to make any changes.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can assist. We are not liable for any parcels once they leave our studio at RG26 5GJ.

Create a new page in Squarespace called Returns & Refunds, paste that in, then add the link to your footer. Once that's live we can go back and complete the Merchant Center connection. Let me know when it's done
