The Apothecary’s Rose is an honest tribute to this timeless flower. This is not a synthetic, powdery floral; instead, it is a vibrant, "living" scent. We have balanced the romantic depth of Rose with a bright lift of Sweet Orange and the soft, herbaceous bridge of Lavender. The result is a bar that smells like a dew-drenched garden at dawn—fresh, uplifting, and deeply calming.
The Craft
True artisanal soap is a slow, methodical alchemy. Each bar begins with a foundation of Olive Oil, which we pre-infuse with Dried Calendula for several weeks to draw out its skin-calming properties.
To create a lather that feels like a decadent cream, we use a specialised "frozen yoghurt" technique and a generous dose of raw honey. We add Rosehip Seed Oil and Cocoa Butter for their intensive moisturising qualities, and Pink Clay for a gentle, mineral-rich cleanse. Every batch is hand-cut and left to cure for a minimum of six weeks in our studio, ensuring a firm, long-lasting bar that remains so gentle on the skin.
The Ritual
Wet the bar between your hands to create a rich, conditioning foam. Massage into the skin, allowing the botanical oils to nourish and the aroma of crushed petals to fill the air. To ensure your bar lasts as long as possible, always keep it on a well-drained soap dish between uses.
