The Healers Remedy Bath Salts
A remedy for the ache you've been carrying all day — magnesium, marine minerals, and eucalyptus, drawn deep.
Some days ask more of the body than others. The Healer's Remedy is built for the evening after one of them — when tired muscles need more than a hot tap alone can give.
What's in it, and why
• Epsom salt & magnesium flakes — a double dose of magnesium, the mineral most associated with easing tension in tired, overworked muscles.
• Dead Sea salt & Himalayan salt — mineral-rich and softening, drawing trace minerals into the water alongside the magnesium.
• Colloidal oatmeal — calming and cushioning in water, taking the edge off skin that's had a long day too.
• Bladderwrack Seaweed Extracts — a marine seaweed extract, rich in trace minerals, traditionally valued in mineral soaks for its conditioning effect on skin.
• Argan oil — nourishing and rich in natural fatty acids, left behind on skin once the soak is done.
• Eucalyptus & rosemary — the clarifying, wake-the-senses note that runs through the whole blend. Eucalyptus for clearing, rosemary for lift.
How to Use
Add two to three handfuls to warm running water. Swirl to disperse, and let it dissolve fully before you get in. Sit with it for as long as the ache needs. Each jar comes with a small wooden scoop, so measuring out your soak feels as considered as the rest of the ritual.
Full Ingredients (INCI):
Magnesium Sulfate, Maris Sal, Avena Sativa Kernel Flour, Magnesium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Sodium Bicarbonate, Fucus Vesiculosus Extract, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Oil, Tocopherol, Propylene Glycol, CI 19140, CI 42090.
Contains naturally occurring allergens from essential oils: Limonene, Linalool.
Hand made in small batches by Craft & Create, Hampshire.
